Description
We are seeking a Care Associate to join our Care Ministries Team for a Maternity Leave cover starting in July/August 2026.
The person in this role will be the point leader for the pre-marriage ministry of Northview and be involved in Biblical counseling and care triage, teaching topical 'life courses', and supporting marriage enrichment and equipping systems. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a related field and experience in pre-marital counseling and/or pastoral ministry.

Compensation
